Snow, snow go away........

In the last 2 days we have gotten aleast 2 foot of snow. I just got back inside from shoveling and I am pooped! I really don't like winter at all, I live in the wrong part of the country. This winter has been just rotten so cold and tons of snow. I don't think spring is ever going to get here, no matter what the silly groundhog said......
Anyway now that I am done ranting about the weather here in northern Michigan I have some exciting news. The Digital Candy Blog has a really cool new challenge. Its the Sherbert Dip Blog Challenge and you get a really cool mini kit to work with and for completing you get the awesome Tatty Grid Alpha. Here is the page I did for the challenge.

Another layout.

I just finished my tattoo layout. I don't think I am 100% happy with it. I think it is lacking something. I was working for 3 days on this page and I just could not get my groove on. Anyway, this is a page of me getting my very first tattoo. It took me 12 years to finally decided to get one. Tattoos are forever and I wanted to make sure I was ready for one. Now I am ready to get another one, I am addicted......

Happy Birthday Digital Candy!!

June is Digital Candy's One year birthday! Tons of games and fun challenges going on over at Digital Candy they are having a month long partner challenge and I am having a blast. I have never scrapped with a partner before it is quite an experience. The partner challenge consist of one partner starting a LO and the other finishing it, you have to both have the same kit and only have one week to complete the challenge. I learned a new technique.

I just love seeing this technique used. I see so many great pages being used with extraction pictures. This is my first real try at it and I really liked how it turned out. I definitely will be using this techinque more often.

Remember these years......

My Obsession

For this week's Digi Dare #83 we had to scrap an obsession of ours. My obsession is sexy shoes, I go nuts for heels! Gotta have them! Here is my layout

Journaling reads: Nothing makes me feel more like a woman than wearing a pair of sexy shoes. I love shoes I can't help it. Every time I see a new pair in the store I have to have them!
